Bring hearty comfort food to your event with SPUDSKI’s freshly baked jacket potatoes and homemade toppings. Combining familiar British favourites with traditional Polish flavours, our menu gives guests a satisfying meal with something a little different to discover.

We’re a family-run food truck based in Reading, catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, markets and community events. Whether you’re feeding 30 guests or 300, our focus is on quality ingredients, generous portions, homemade recipes and friendly service.

Jacket potato menu and optional extras

Choose classic comfort-food toppings or explore our signature homemade Polish-inspired options.

• Classic jacket potato: freshly baked and served with butter or olive oil, salt and pepper, plus a choice of toppings including cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, chilli con carne, vegan chilli and more.
• Premium jacket potato: upgrade with signature homemade toppings including slow-cooked pulled pork, traditional Polish bigos (hunter’s stew), Polish beans and sausage stew, chicken and bacon, tuna mayo, and our popular homemade Gzika — a creamy Polish cottage cheese topping with herbs and onions.
• Potato pancakes (Placki Ziemniaczane): available as an optional menu item for your event.
• Hot drinks: barista-style coffee, tea and hot chocolate are also available.

Food truck setup and requirements

Our fully self-contained catering van gives you a straightforward catering option, with a few practical requirements to plan for at your venue.

• We arrive approximately 2 hours before service to set up and prepare.
• Access for a catering van and a flat parking space are required.
• We can operate using our own power or connect to a 16 A electrical supply if available.
• We hold public liability insurance, food hygiene certification and all required gas safety documentation.

Event catering prices

Classic jacket potatoes start from £10 per person. Premium jacket potatoes start from £12 per person.
