🍕 Our Roman Sourdough Pala (peel), is different to the traditional Neapolitan Pizza. The pala was created by Roman bakers, with leftover sourdough and its famous long rectangular shape, cooked in a bakery oven, is what makes Scrocchiarella so unique ❤️ We also proudly make Sicilian arancini (deep fried rice balls filled with beef ragù or aubergine and ricotta cheese) and italian dirty fries.
