We're Blasian'd kitchen, we specialise in Oriental and Caribbean fusion from our food truck. We created this unique concept as it is both mine and my business partners ethnic background. Blaisan'd kitchen is all about balance, being bold, colourful and our food which is full of flavour & all our dishes require these things so customers get the ultimate Blasian'd experience. Based on the culinary skills and techniuques me & my business partner have learned over the previous years working in various prestigous establishments, we believe that we are the perfect candidates for your establishment because we are unique, diverse, and want have a great impact on the community as our fusion hasn't been done before.
