BBQ food cooked over live fire
We are a newly established family run business serving food cooked on a wood fired South African Braai built into our van. The Braai is fuelled by Namibian hardwood that transforms the simplest of foods with the flavour of fire.
Our menu is small, featuring meat and vegetables and inspired by grilling cultures and seasonings from around the world including South America, North Africa, Middle East and of course South Africa. There’s a lot to discover so the menu will change from time to time and the Braai gives us the versatility to do that. We use fresh produce and make many of our own sauces and dressings and limit the use of ultra processed ingredients.
